1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the diagnosis, you accept these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Startup Brain is an automated analytical tool. It computes deterministic metrics from inputs you supply and compares them to public benchmark thresholds. It generates suggestions ranked by an automated runway impact estimate. It is not a regulated financial, investment, or accounting service.

3. No financial advice

Output is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not warrant any conclusion, projection, or recommendation. You agree not to rely on the output as a substitute for advice from a certified accountant, CFO, lawyer, or other licensed professional. See Disclaimer.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Garbage in → garbage out applies.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Founding-rate pricing may be time-limited and is honored for the duration stated at purchase. Refunds within 14 days of purchase per EU consumer protection, unless you have already viewed the full diagnosis (digital good consumed).

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your inputs and the diagnosis output we produce for you. We retain ownership of the engine, benchmarks, and brand. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or rebuild the engine.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the output.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule, subject to legal hold.

9. Governing law
